Before partnering with Pivot, OTD Legal faced significant barriers that limited their digital performance:
Low Volume of Leads
Although OTD Legal offered competitive paralegal services, their digital presence wasn’t attracting enough of the right prospects. Severely Lacking Authority
Compared to established law firms in the criminal and traffic ticket space, OTD’s website had a very weak backlink profile. With few authoritative links pointing to their domain, Google viewed the site as less trustworthy, making it difficult to rank for competitive high-value HTA and traffic ticket keywords.
Website Limitations
The old site was poorly structured, outdated in design, and not aligned with technical SEO best practices.
