This report measures the best restaurants in Windsor through three lenses — reviews, online popularity, and search visibility — using two scores.

The WE Score (the diner ranking). Raw star ratings mislead on their own: a new spot with five glowing reviews shouldn’t outrank a 30-year institution with 1,500 reviews at 4.7★. So we use a Bayesian weighted rating — the same method IMDb uses for its Top 250 — that blends each restaurant’s rating with how many people rated it. This powers every “best” list below and covers all 402 restaurants.
